Dexter Details ("Dexter," "we," "us") respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. You may upload only content you own or have the right to use. This policy explains how copyright owners can report infringing material stored on the Service and how affected users can respond.

Reporting copyright infringement (DMCA notice)

If you believe content on Dexter Details infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Agent that includes all of the following (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

1. Your physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and enough information for us to locate it;
4. Your contact information (address, telephone number, email);
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Our agent is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office DMCA Designated Agent Directory.

Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the Designated Agent including: your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake; your name, address, and telephone number; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., any district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.

Repeat infringers

We will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
